SCENE 1 :

Once upon a time, I want buy a travel ticket to holiday for next month, then I’ve  searching a travel ticket that suit with my pocket. After I searching and finally I found a suitable travel, and I buy that travel ticket.
After finish a payment and I got the ticket ordering confirmed. The travel said a date of derpature and estimation is in a week.
A week later,  the day that I must going but I’m not, then I reported to the travel for asking the derpature of explanation.
Amat : “Good morning, I’m Amat. I want asking derpature to Lombok.”
Assyifa : “Alright, can you give me a number ticket ordering?”
Amat :  “471743130.”
Assyifa : “Alright, wait a minute.”
Amat : “Please, quicker because this is has been a week after the derpature, but until now I’m still here.”
Assyifa : “Okay, I will try as soon as possible.”
After Assyifa checking a Ticket ordering number, But  not found the ticket.
Assyifa : “Thank you mr.Amat you have been waiting, But after we searching we don’t found the name.”
Amat : “What do you mean?  you said this a good travel, but why something like this you can’t handle it?!”
Assyifa : “I’m sorry, we’re as a travel having a problem.”
Amat : “I don’t care! I don’t want to know. If I cant go tomorrow i will propose the compensation!”
Assyifa : “Ok sir.”

SCENE 2

Tomorrow, the manager call everyone to meeting because have a wrong case from the travel.
Triyas: “Good Morning everyone, I call you all here for give information an incident error data input. In the name of  mr. Amat”
Assyifa : “That right, sir.”
Triyas : “I want to know the data input from mrs. Dina and Ekky because they are from that responsibility.”
Dina : “This is sir, the list of travel name.”
Ekky : “This is sir, input of booking ordering.”
Triyas : “But why customer do not exists in inputant data”
Intan : “The point is, this problem is not from us. But from Lombok, becauseit is full lodging.”
Triyas : “Ok then, please inform to customer that to compensation.”
Then the meeting is over, and Assyifa tell to the complained

SCENE 3

After this Dafi came to customer service for registering the travel.
Agung : “Good afternoon, can I help you?”
Dafi : “Afternoon sir, I want resgistering to Sumbawa.”
Agung : “Ok, can I see your KTP?”
Dafi :” Here sir, I want to know is there this travel have a problem?”
Agung : “Yes sir, but the problem is handled, because our management system is fast respond when have a complain from customer service.”
Dafi : “Oh ok sir.”
Finally after enough searching information Dafi decide for resgistering hisself to that travel.

SCENE 4

Then on that day A want to get the money compensation in travel.
Amat : “Afternoon!!! I want to get the money compensation!!!”
Agung : “Ok sir, wait a minute. I’ve serve order costumer.”
Dafi : (Talking to A). “ Sorry sir, whats wrong?”
Amat :” I want compensation because this travel is disappointed.”
Dafi :” Huh? Are you sure? As I know this travel is good .”
Agung : “That’s right, I believe this travel is good and we have a sertificate too.”

Finally the travel changing Amat money and Dafi still use this travel, even there a disappointed customer.
